Canadian Triple BroadwayWorld award-winner REBECCA PERRY, loved for her Confessions of a Redheaded Coffeeshop Girl shows will be diving all-singing and all-dancing into the Golden Age of Hollywood with FROM JUDY TO BETTE: THE STARS OF OLD HOLLYWOOD, at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Embodying a host of convention-breaking female megastars, the show is powerful love song to the stage presence and real-life chutzpah of these formidable women. 

The director has decided to look at the more giggle-worthy elements of PRIVATE LIVES, and has avoided some of the darker implications of this Noel Coward classic. Audiences should eat this one up like a buttered brioche with coffee the morning after a sordid affair.

Everyone loves a little nostalgia, especially when it comes to their favorite television shows and movies growing up. For millennials and Gen Z-ers, these probably include a few DCOMs (Disney Channel Original Movie) and series. Several of the stars of these films and TV shows have gone on to further their acting and singing careers on Broadway, and some even got their start on the stage. Provincetown will see yet another return visitor when Lucie Arnaz returns to The Crown and Anchor for a one night only concert of her latest act ' I Got The Job: Songs From My Musical Past.' After selling out this same concert last year, producer Rick Murray asked Ms. Arnaz to return with the same show that had audiences cheering. Along with her musical director Ron Abel, the show will play Monday July 22,2019 at 8pm. Arnaz and Abel will bring this show to a many more venues over the next year, including New York's fabled 54 BELOW CLUB this fall .

In its 24th season, the Crest Theatre at Old School Square announces the 2020 Broadway Cabaret Series. Presented in association with Mark Keller, the Broadway Cabaret series features Broadway's brightest stars, accompanied by legendary musical directors on Monday and Tuesday evenings! Premium and VIP ticketholders are welcomed to join a post-show reception with the performers in the Ocean Breeze room. This series is currently open for subscriptions through July 31st to guarantee a seat to the hottest series of the Crest Theatre season.

'I Loved Lucy,' a theatrical memoir adapted for the stage by Lee Tannen, author of the book of the same title, gets a one-night-only staging at Club Helsinki Hudson on Saturday, August 24, at 8:30pm. The two-character play, celebrating show-biz icon Lucille Ball, stars Sandra Dickinson in the title role. Tannen will play himself.

The Ogunquit Playhouse announces that Broadway veteran Rachel York returns to the Playhouse to star alongside Golden Globe and Emmy Award winner Sally Struthers in 42nd Street.
