Three hard-luck sisters reunite in their small, pitiless Mississippi hometown, each nursing her own grudge. In a hurricane of hilarity and hurt, Lenny is turning 30, Meg is fresh from rehab, and Babe is out on bail. The boundaries of sisterhood are put to the test as each sibling comes to terms with her dreams gone awry.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley continues its 2016/2017 season with Beth Henley's brilliantly imaginative tale of relationships, Crimes of the Heart. Three hard-luck sisters reunite in their small, pitiless Mississippi hometown, each nursing her own grudge. In a hurricane of hilarity and hurt, Lenny is turning 30, Meg is fresh from rehab, and Babe is out on bail. The boundaries of sisterhood are put to the test as each sibling comes to terms with her dreams gone awry. The New York Timessaid Crimes of the Heart "overflows with infectious high spirits." This Pulitzer Prize and NY Drama Critics Circle Award-winning play will be directed by Giovanna Sardelli. Crimes of the Heart will have performances January 11 - February 5, 2017 at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St, Mountain View. Flat "God bless us, everyone!" This holiday season, Flat Rock Playhouse will present the classic A Christmas Carol from November 17 through December 17 on the Clyde and Nina Allen Mainstage in the Village of Flat Rock.  Adapted from the Charles Dickens novel for the stage by Richard Helleson, A Christmas Carol features original music and lyrics adapted from traditional sources by David De Berry.  Returning to Flat Rock Playhouse by popular demand since its record-breaking 2014 run, A Christmas Carol is sure to delight, entertain, inspire and enchant. The other night we played the Park Avenue Armory Gala... on a bill with Patti LuPone! A pic from the event, to the right. Now we're gearing up for our big Halloween extravaganza on Sunday October 30th! Expect costumes, surprises, and a healthy dose of our lush and theatrical indie pop. Plus we'll be joined by backup singer emeritas Lizzie O'Hara Marx, returning from California to join us for this show only.

World Premiere Meta-Musical THE LINE Opens August 25 at PianoFight

PianoFight presents the world-premiere meta-musical comedy, The Line, a story of three friends who draw lines, cross them, and learn they can never go back. With book and lyrics by Kevin Causey, music by Claire Phillips, and directed by Chris Smith, The Line runs August 25 through September 3, Thursdays and Fridays at 7pm and Saturdays at 4pm and 7pm at PianoFight.
