Atlantic Theater Company's highly anticipated revival of Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill's musical The Threepenny Opera, directed and choreographed by Martha Clarke, begins previews tonight, March 12, 2014.

In her 54 Below debut, Zoe Sarnak will premiere songs from The Years Between: an exploration of New York's millennials as the latest lost generation, set to a score of rock, folk, pop, and soul. To celebrate this piece's debut, she's inviting favorite performers from concerts past and recording the night for a LIVE CONCEPT ALBUM.

Rehearsals for Atlantic Theater Company's revival of Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill's musical THE THREEPENNY OPERA, directed and choreographed by visionary Martha Clarke, are now underway. The production features a celebrated cast of 14, including Academy Award winner F. Murray Abraham, Sophie Bortolussi, Jon David Casey, Timothy Doyle, Lilli Cooper, Rick Holmes, John Kelly, Lindsey Dietz Marchant, Sally Murphy, Tony Award nominee Mary Beth Peil, Tony Award nominee Laura Osnes, Emmy Award winner Michael Park, Cristina Spina and John Watkins. Matt Shingledecker has been performing most of his life and loving every minute of it. From the time he got his first paying show at age 16, Matt has been hooked. Matt is currently playing Fiyero in the touring company of Wicked and has been loving every minute of it. Broadway World caught up with Matt not too long ago and he shared his feelings about his new role as Fiyero and what led up to this moment.

Title of Show's Susan Blackwell will host Cutting-Edge Composers at 54 Below on 2/17 at 9:30pm! She will be joined by Broadway performers Ben Platt (Book of Mormon), Ben Fankhauser (Newsies), Emma Hunton (Next to Normal) and many more as they present material from new musicals by up-and-coming composers. The concert, directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto, with Musical Direction by Julie McBride and Benjamin Rauhala, will feature songs from new musicals in the works.
