Broadway Gives Back and Seaview Productions presented the "Second Annual Broadway Charity Songs" benefit concert on February 24, 2014. "Broadway Charity Songs" has paired a group of award-winning musical theatre composers with a group outstanding charities and tasked them with composing an original song inspired by the work of that charity. The result is a group of songs gifted to the charities - with the hope that the songs "go viral" -- increasing awareness for these outstanding organizations. "Broadway Charity Songs!" was hosted by playwright and screenwriter Douglas Carter Beane (Cinderella, Xanadu, To Wong Fu). The concert featured the talents of Lisa Howard (Spelling Bee, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn), Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture, Wicked), Marla Mindelle (Sister Act, Cinderella), Lilli Cooper (Spring Awakening, Wicked), Taylor Richardson (Annie), Jill Abromovitz (Cinderella, 9 to 5) Elizabeth Loyacano (Phantom of the Opera, Dracula), Julia Mattison (Godspell), Colin Israel (Matilda), Gabe Violet (Spring Awakening), Jeremy Morse (Bloodsong of Love), Emily Rosenfeld (Annie), Alex Dreier (Billy Elliott), Carly Paige Baron (Mary Poppins), Anthony Pierini (Big Fish, Mary Poppins), Mary Kate Morrissey, Preston Sadleir, Joey DeBenedetto, Jason Sweettooth Williams, Amy Carrigan, Aaron Komo, and Adam Sica. The evening was directed by Tom Wojtunik and musical directed by Jonathan Breit.

"Broadway Charity Songs!" debuted songs by Andrew Lippa, Adam Gwon, Daniel Maté, Douglas J. Cohen,Beth Falcone, Zoe Sarnak, Jonathan Reid Gealt, Joshua H. Cohen, Marisa Michelson, Anna Dagmar, Kevin Wanzor,Noel Carey, Andre Catrini, Nadav Wiesel, Sean Patterson, and Natalie Tenenbaum.

The concert honored and benefited the following charity organizations: Look Good, Feel Better; The NY Whale and Dolphin Action League; Help Us Adopt; The Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding; Girl Rising; Legacies of War; Men Can Stop Rape; Canstruction; Pajama Program; The Fresh Air Fund; Art Start; Lighthouse International, and SAGE (Services & Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Elders).
