HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD Melbourne to Resume Performances February 2021

Multi-award-winning theatrical event Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will resume performances in Melbourne on February 25, after a hiatus of 49 weeks. The landmark production suspended a record-breaking run at Melbourne’s Princess Theatre after public health measures were imposed by the government due to COVID 19.

Centenary Stage Company Announces 2019 – 20 Season Of Events

Centenary Stage Company announces 2019/20 season of events with Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Darlene Love slated to kick off the season. Now available to Season Subscribers the 2019/20 season features a host of professional theatre productions including the return of Centenary Stage Company's popular Fringe Festival, the January Music Festival highlighting an array of top tier musicians, as well as a vast selection of dance events featuring premiere professional dance companies. The 2019/20 season of events is now available for Season Subscribers only.  Individual ticket sales will be available to the general public beginning July 1, 2019.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day early as Centenary Stage Company presents Reflections: Ireland in Song and Story featuring Irish Tenor, Tim Smith on Sunday, March 10 at 3pm in the Lackland Performing Arts Center. Reflections: Ireland in Song and Story is a tapestry of Irish song, story and cultural lore examining the themes of religions, emigration, the Troubles and more. Irish tenor Timothy Liam Smith and his ensemble takes us on a journey ranging from Moore to Yeats to modern musicians and storytellers.

The production opens at Park Theatre on 1 March, with previews from 26 February, and runs until 23 March.

The fraught and poignant passage from adolescence to adulthood takes center stage as the Theatre/Dance program at Mercer County Community College (MCCC) presents the groundbreaking musical "Spring Awakening." This unforgettable coming-of-age tale comes to MCCC's Kelsey Theatre Fridays, Apr. 6 and 13 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Apr. 7 and 14 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Apr. 8 and 15 at 2 p.m.

Over 50 Colleges and Universities to Attend Dancewave's DANCING THROUGH COLLEGE & BEYOND

Dancewave, a Brooklyn-based dance education nonprofit organization championing accessibility to all, returns to the 92nd Street Y October 7th and 8th with its annual Dancing Through College & Beyond (DTCB) event. The two-day event will connect high school dance students with college and university dance programs throughout the country, serving as a nexus for U.S. colleges and talented young dancers to meet one-on-one.

The curtain goes up on a new season at Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre with "Memphis." Presented by PinnWorth Productions, this hit Broadway musical offers up a dramatized account of the roots of rock and roll and radio's role in embracing the new sounds that transformed the country. Dates and show times are: Fridays, Sept. 8 and 15 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Sept. 9 and 16 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Sept. 10 and 17 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college's West Windsor Campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on Sept. 8.
