This week at Feinstein's/54 Below The Drowsy Chaperone In Concert, Matthew Morrison, 54 Sings Jason Mraz, The Skivvies and more!

The clever, funny and hilarious new musical Desperate Measures, with book and lyrics by Peter Kellogg (Anna Karenina) and music by David Friedman (Scandalous), presented by The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Evans Haile, Executive Director), in association with Pat Flicker Addiss and Cecilia Lin& Hu Guo, celebrated its 100th performance yesterday afternoon, December 28! Stripped down duo, The Skivvies have announced that they will return to Feinstein's/ 54 Below with their new show, Here, There, and Underwear. Performances are set to take place January 14 & 20 at 9:30 PM.

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Alice Ripley, Emily Skinner, Josh Young, Emily Padgett, Nick Adams, The Skivvies and many more in a concert of Elegies For Angels, Punks And Raging Queens on Thursday, January 18 at 7:00 and 9:30. With book and lyrics by Bill Russell, who will also host and music by Janet Hood, who will serve as Musical Director, Elegies ... was inspired by personal stories of those affected by HIV/AIDS and has been performed around the world. The score features such songs as My Brother Lived in San Francisco, And the Rain Keeps Falling Down and Learning To Let Go.

Final Weeks! The clever, funny and hilarious new musical Desperate Measures, with book and lyrics by Peter Kellogg (Anna Karenina)and music by David Friedman (Scandalous), presented by The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Evans Haile, Executive Director), in association with Pat Flicker Addiss and Cecilia Lin & Hu Guo, concludes its thrice-extended run on Sunday afternoon, December 31, 2017 at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (619 Lexington Avenue, entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue) where performances began September 19, 2017. Desperate Measures will celebrate its milestone 100th performance on Thursday afternoon, December 28!

Malven Productions brings HERE AND QUEER, a cabaret celebrating the highs and lows of relationships and challenging heteronormativity, to the Green Room 42. Created by Jenn Maley (INDECENT, The Mad Ones) and Abbey Vensel, HERE AND QUEER is directed by Jenn Maley with musical direction by Jake Turski.

City Theatre is unwrapping something special this holiday season with our favorite New York undie-rock duo The Skivvies in the premiere of Sleigh My Name. Broadway performers Nick Cearley and Lauren Molina return to City Theatre for two nights of mashed-up musical fun with some of Pittsburgh's favorite theatre stars.

The stars align this holiday season at Feinstein's/54 Below! Drama Desk nominated Robert Creighton (December 14); Drama Desk nominated, and Kleban Prize and Jonathan Larson Award Winning songwriter Joe Iconis (December 15-17); Feinstein's/54 Below New Year's Eve headliner Caissie Levy (December 31); and The Skivvies: Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley (January 14 & 20)all stopped by Broadway's favorite cabaret venue to preview their upcoming shows.

Sleigh My Name is a new holiday special that the Skivvies put together. This performance came to Joe's Pub December 10th and 11th and featured Jay Armstrong Johnson, Matt Doyle, Nick Adams, Lindsay Nicole Chambers, Michael Cerveris, Kimberly Kaye, Erik Altemus, Peter Saide, Russell Mernaugh, Emma Degerstedt, Diana Huey and Lulu Fall.

It's a cabaret! The York Theatre Company, dedicated to the development of new musicals and preserving musical gems from the past, has added Samantha Bruce (The Fantasticks), Ava Della Pietra (School of Rock), Julian Fleisher (February House), Randy Harrison (Cabaret), Samantha Massell (Fiddler on the Roof), Randy Rainbow (Viral Video Sensation), Lee Roy Reams (42nd Street), Ben Rimalower (Bad with Money), the HOT singing string quartet Well-Strung, and The Manhattan School of Music Musical Theatre Ensemble (Judith Clurman, Director) to the line-up of Broadway performers who will honor legendary musical theatre writing team Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt (The Fantasticks, I Do! I Do!, 110 in the Shade, Celebration) with the 2017 Oscar Hammerstein Award for Lifetime Achievement in Musical Theatre at the 26th Oscar Hammerstein Award Gala on Monday evening, December 4, 2017 at The Asia Society (725 Park Avenue).
