The Cabaret's grand opening season of engaging, intimate performances kicks off at the historic Metzger Building in the heart of the evolving Library Square on April 21. The 2018 Spring/Summer season will feature three Tony Award winners, including an iconic Broadway legend, a trio of divas from across the pond, a duo of musical misfits...and undie-rockers. This season at The Cabaret, every performance is a grand opening and will celebrate all things cabaret with unique experiences, champagne toasts, and red carpet rollouts.
Patchogue Theatre will be producing a full concert version of the exciting, Broadway altering and Tony, Drama Desk and Grammy-winning Musical 'HAIR'. Directed by the Emmy, Grammy, and Tony-winning John McDaniel and starring Broadway and American Idol's Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo, along with a cast of young Broadway and national touring talent. A full 11 piece band will back this amazing cast. With its Broadway Debut in 1968, Hair established the 'Rock Musical'. This groundbreaking show celebrates youth the hippie counterculture, anti-war movement and sexual revolution of the 1960s with a score of hits - including 'Hair', 'Aquarius', 'Easy to be Hard', 'Good Morning Starshine' all have become part of our pop culture.

Sarah Litzsinger and Kate Reinders team up for their Green Room 42 debut in TASTiSKANK: Smoke 'n Mirrors. Known for their roles in Something Rotten!, Wicked, Amour, and Beauty & the Beast, Kate and Sarah are two Broadway gals and real-life best friends who teamed up in 2006 to create TASTiSKANK, their singing-songwriting comedy duo. They were voted the 25 Sexiest New Yorker's by the NY Post and have over 1.2 million views of their tune, The Sex Song on YouTube. They have performed at Ars Nova, the UCB, Joe's Pub, Caroline's, Comix, the TBS Comedy Festival in Las Vegas, and won the 2007 Breakout Award at the HBO Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen.
The Skivvies are Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley, award-winning NYC actor/musicians doing stripped down versions of eclectic covers and comedic, genre-hopping mashups. Not only are the arrangements stripped down - cello, ukulele, glockenspiel, melodica - but the Skivvies literally strip down to their underwear to perform. Back by popular demand, the duo appeared at Feinstein's/54 Below for two shows on January 14th and 20th.

BariToned is BACK by popular demand returning to The Green Room 42 on Sunday January 21, 2018 at 7pm with their hit show 'I HATE MEN'. This farcical concert trio, starring Joe Hager, Edward Miskie, and Caleb Albert, with music direction and arrangement by Dan Pardo (Amazing Grace, Come From Away), will take you on a hunky-hilarious tour through the tough broads and loose women of musical theatre; twirling, and kick-line'ing through favorites such as Everybody's Girl, I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Out Of My Hair, Bring On The Men, That'll Show Him, Big Spender, Gorgeous, and many more.
Benefit concert and companion online fundraising drive to raise funds for efforts to fix New York State's cruel and unconstitutional abortion law.
