Five new 11 minute musicals (because 11 is greater than 10) from writers of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Writers Workshop

Further casting has been announced for (re:) Directions Theatre Company's upcoming benefit concert of the rarely-seen Seesaw. RTC previously announced stars Celina Carvajal (Toxic Avenger, Tarzan, Dracula) as Gittel Moscal, Kilty Reidy (Drowsy Chaperone, In My Life) as Jerry Ryan, Ben Cameron (Wicked, Aida, Footloose) as David, Erik Sisco (Stonewall Sensation Winner) as Oscar and LaDonna Burns as Sophie.

The Daryl Roth D-Lounge will host The BREASTival: A Gift-Raiser of Oncologic Proportions on Monday, December 13, 2010. The BREASTival is a fundraiser for singer/songwriter Mimi Ferraro's medical expenses following a breast cancer diagnosis in 2006. While her prognosis is excellent, her financial situation is not. In order to continue on her path as a working actor, she is asking for the help of her community to raise money to offset these medical costs.

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) presents the TRU Faces Cabaret Benefit at Don't Tell Mama's, 343 W. 46th Street, NYC on Monday, September 22 at 7pm. This special one-night only performance will showcase the talent of members of TRU, a producer's service organization that also happens to help the forgotten population of self-producing artists here in New York.
