BENT Comes to Nutley Little Theatre in June

Closing out their 89th Season, Nutley Little Theatre will present their June production, BENT, written by Martin Sherman and Directed by Mead Winters.

Interview: L.A. Mars of TICK, TICK... BOOM! at Nutley Little Theatre

“Tick, Tick… BOOM!,” is the musical that paved the way for Rent. The show tells the story of an aspiring composer named Jon, who lives in New York City in 1990. In the moments before his 30th birthday, Jon worries that he has taken the wrong path in life.

Nutley Little Theatre to Stage PERFECT ARRANGEMENT

The Nutley Little Theatre will present PERFECT ARRANGEMENT by Topher Payne. The production is directed by George Seylaz and runs from April 8th through the 23rd. Performances are April 8, 9,15, 16, 21, 22, 23 at 8:00 PM and April 10, 17, 23 at 2:30 PM.

A VERY GREAT MISCHIEF Comes to Theater for the New City

Produced by the Wolfsmouth Players Company, A Very Great Mischief is a queer spin on Cyrano Bergerac set in London during the late summer months of 1921. Written by emerging playwright Laura Anthony (they/them), this play tells the story of two British families turned upside down by the discovery that homoerotic tendencies are not exclusively male, no matter what the laws of Great Britain might declare.

MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING Comes to the Nutley Little Theatre

The original a?oerom-coma?? comes to NLT in Much Ado about Nothing, written by William Shakespeare and directed by Nutley resident Alex Oleksij. Beatrice and Benedick hate each other so much - they must be in love! With an opening night benefitting the Franklin Reformed Church, this classic premiers on Feb 7th at 8pm, with performances on Feb. 8, 14, 15, 20, 21 & 22 at 8 pm; Feb. 9, 16 & 22 at 2 pm.
