Just For One Day – The Live Aid Musical has extended its run at London’s Shaftesbury Theatre through February 7, 2026. The hit West End show celebrates the 40th anniversary of Live Aid, with 10% of ticket sales donated to The Band Aid Charitable Trust.

At an exclusive event at Wembley Stadium, it was announced that Just For One Day - The Live Aid Musical will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of Live Aid with a very special performance at the Shaftesbury Theatre, London, on Sunday 13 July, followed by an exclusive after party with surprise special guest performances at Koko, Camden.

The Old Vic has announced further casting for the upcoming musical Just For One Day, written by John O’Farrell (Mrs Doubtfire, Something Rotten) and directed by Luke Sheppard (& Juliet, The Little Big Things).

WICKED, the West End and Broadway musical sensation that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, has announced that Nikki Bentley and Helen Woolf will lead the new London cast as Elphaba and Glinda respectively, alongside the previously announced Alistair Brammer as Fiyero, from Monday 22 July 2019.

Wicked has released the first pictures of new principal cast members David Witts as Fiyero and Chris Jarman as Doctor Dillamond (who join the London production from Monday 23 July 2018), together with current cast members Alice Fearn as Elphaba, Sophie Evans as Glinda and Rosa O'Reilly, who takes over the role of Nessarose.
