The Lexus 22/23 Broadway in Boston Season begins this September celebrating a legend and icon with the Boston premiere of TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL.

Katie Webber will step into the role of 'Rhonda' in Broadway's TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL beginning Tuesday, April 12 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street).

Na vakkundig beraad hebben zij hun nominaties bekend gemaakt. Disney's Aladdin en Come From Away zijn beiden met 12 nominaties het meest vertegenwoordigd direct gevolgd door Rocky Horror Show met 11 nominaties. Ook dit jaar kan het publiek bepalen welke musical van het afgelopen seizoen, volgens hen, de beste is via de Leukstetickets.nl Publieksprijs voor Beste Musical. Publiek kan sinds begin maart hun stem uitbrengen op leukstetickets.nl. De prijsuitreiking vindt plaats op 28 april 2022 in RTM Stage, de grote theaterzaal van Rotterdam Ahoy en wordt om 20.35 uur live uitgezonden door AVROTROS op NPO1. Het gala wordt gepresenteerd door Frits Sissing. Kaarten voor het gala zijn vanaf aanstaande maandag te koop via eventim.nl

Broadway In Hollywood has announced their new 2022-23 season entitled, 'Simply the Best' - the first full season announcement in two years, consisting of eight Broadway national tour productions which will play both the Pantages and Dolby Theatres in Hollywood.

Nick Rashad Burroughs has been seen on Broadway in Kinky Boots and King Kong and in the National Tour of Something  Rotten!. His EP “Groove Machine” featuring the Pop Smash Radio Award-nominated single “Tonight” is available on all  music platforms.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that TINA - THE Tina Turner MUSICAL  has canceled performances through Friday, December 24. Shows are set to resume on Saturday, December 25.

The following performances of TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL are being canceled due to the detection of breakthrough COVID cases within the Broadway company: Friday, 12/17 (8pm) Saturday, 12/18 (2pm and 8pm) Sunday, 12/19 (3pm) Monday, 12/20 (8pm).

Tonight’s performance of TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL (Thursday, December 16 at 7pm) is being canceled due to positive Covid-19 test results within the Broadway company.

Nkeki Obi-Melekwe and the cast of Tina: the Tina Turner Musical took to the stage on the Wendy Show this morning to perform 'Proud Mary'. Obi-Melekwe was later joined by guest-hosts Leah Remini and Michele Visage for an interview after the performance.
