Pieter Toerien, David Ian and The Really Useful Group will present Andrew Lloyd Webber's production of THE SOUND OF MUSIC in South Africa this year. This return season of the 2014 South African production was a box office smash in its first season and garnered a flood of rave reviews from the local media.

State Theatre New Jersey presents Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 7:30pm and Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 2pm and 7:30pm. The Tony Award-winning Broadway musical is packed with magic, romance, and glass slippers, in addition to the Rodgers & Hammerstein's original songs like Impossible/It's Possible, In My Own Corner, Ten Minutes Ago, and more. Tickets range from $35-$98.

When playwright Ernest Thompson was growing up, he and his family summered at a lakefront cabin in Maine. That special place was the inspiration for On Golden Pond, his extraordinarily popular, bittersweet play about love and aging, recrimination and reconciliation. Since its Broadway premiere in 1979, the play has been seen in more than 40 countries, and performed in some 30 languages. On Golden Pond opens at Palm Beach Dramaworks onFebruary 2 and continues through February 25, with specially priced previews on January 31 and February 1.
Tom Hanks to Portray Walt Disney in SAVING MR. BANKS?

The Huffington Post reports that Tom Hanks is in talks to play famed animator Walt Disney in the upcoming true-life story SAVING MR. BANKS. The film follows Disney's quest to make a full length feature film based on P.L. Travers' children's book, 'Mary Poppins'. John Lee Hancock (The Bling Side) is set to direct.
