Welsh National Opera has announced full details of its Autumn 2021 Season which features a new production of Puccini’s Madam Butterfly and WNO’s much-loved production of Rossini’s The Barber of Seville. A series of digital talks and events to explore the themes of Madam Butterfly are also planned.

WOW - Women of the World Festival is set to take place this week (Friday 6th a?" Sunday 8th March) at Southbank Centre for the 10th year in a row. The festival celebrating women and girls takes place across the International Women's Day weekend with a line-up of over 25 ticketed events featuring some of the world's most exciting performers, activists and voices. The festival also includes a packed sold out Day Pass programme on Friday and Saturday featuring dozens of panel discussions, workshops and performances.

The WOW Foundation has today announced the full line up for the 2020 10th anniversary Festival in London. British Vogue will present 'Forces for Change' with Editor-in-Chief Edward Enninful OBE. Forces for Change was launched in The September Issue of British Vogue guest edited by HRH The Duchess of Sussex. For this special WOW event, the editor-in-chief has invited artists, activists and fashion pioneers to join him for an evening of conversation exploring the publication's ongoing movement, sharing stories of female trailblazers setting the agenda across the globe.

Following a series of highly successful WOW - Women of the World Festivals around the world, The WOW Foundation has announced plans for more events across the UK in 2019 funded by Spirit of 2012. Following the first ever WOW - What Now? in London this March, this major gathering will take place in a further nine locations, from Perth to Essex, in celebration of WOW's tenth anniversary year in 2020. WOW - What Now? will take place in cities including Perth, Norwich, Milton Keynes, Exeter, Falmouth and Rotherham over the next four months.

WOW Announce Initial Programme For 10th Anniversary Festival In 2020

The WOW Foundation has today announced initial programming for its 2020 10th anniversary WOW - Women of the World Festival in London, which runs from 6 to 8 March across Southbank Centre. Day passes for Friday and Saturday went on sale in July and the Festival have now added a selection of additional ticketed evening events across the weekend featuring some of the world's most exciting performers, activists and voices.
