?Midtown Direct Rep (MDR) concludes its 2015-16 Theater in the Loft series at the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) with a staged reading of BLINK, written by Kate Moira Ryan and directed by Mark Armstrong. The staged reading will be performed for one night only on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 7pm at SOPAC (One Sopac Way, South Orange, NJ, 07079). The reading is $15 and open to the public. The Cutting Room, one of New York City's exciting night clubs, presented Sean Matthew Whiteford (Rock of Ages, Rock N Roll Debauchery)'s concert version of his 80s pop-rock romantic horror comedy party musical, GIRLFRIEND FROM HELL: THE MUSICAL on August 1st at 7:30 PM. Inspired by the 1989 B-movie of the same title, GIRLFRIEND FROM HELL tells the story of four-eyed wallflower, Maggie Miller, who longs for acceptance and romance.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents David Josefsberg in "The Devil Inside" on August 3rd at 7pm.  The show is about "The Devil Inside" Mr. Josefsberg.  Most people know David as a sweet, innocent, wonderful, decent human being (yeah right) but David also has a dark side.  There will be some Jason Robert Brown, Stevie Wonder, and some Queen, but there will also be some filthy, hilarious, off-color material written by Josefsberg himself.

Preliminary rounds are hosted across the university's campuses in New York, Shanghai and Abu Dhabi and the best 15 acts compete live at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. UVL, sponsored by the Inter-Residence Hall Council [IRHC] and Tisch Alumni Relations, is now in its twelfth year. UltraViolet Live is tonight, February 26th at 7pm in the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts.

The five-time Tony Award-nominated Rock of Ages played its final performance last night, January 18, 2015 after 22 preview and 2,328 Broadway performances, solidifying its spot as the 27th longest running show in Broadway history. The current company was joined by past cast members onstage for the epic, final curtain call, and BroadwayWorld was there for the special celebration.
