Little by Little, a nonprofit organization comprised of young performers from Broadway, TV and Dance teamed up with Miss Southeast Georgia Alyssa Beasley who hosted De Novo on March 24th at the New York Creative Cultural Center, 7:30 p.m., in a benefit concert for Kevin TOKYO Inouye, a well-known dance choreographer who lost his home in a fire earlier this year. Manhattan Musical Theatre Lab, a developmental organization founded 17 years ago by the late Director and Choreographer Bick Goss, will present the new musical Brooklyn Bridge at the St. Luke's Theatre on October 24 at 6:30 pm (St. Luke's is at 308 West 46th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues). With a book and lyrics by Ray Roderick, music by Joseph Baker, and musical direction by Laura Bergquist, Brooklyn Bridge is an innovative musical inspired by the extraordinary life of Emily Roebling, wife of Brooklyn Bridge Chief Engineer Washington Roebling.
Presented by Joseph Baker of Broadway Youth Ensemble and Leorah and Jordan Haberfield of A Time to Shine Cabaret is Broadway in the Mountains, a new intensive theatre performance program for children and young adults, Ages 10-17.
On June 28th, Feinstein's/54 Below will present an one-night-only concert of the popular British musical Blood Brothers. Singing the beautiful score will be Beau Cassidy (whose father, David Cassidy, starred in the Broadway production) as Mickey, Donna Lynne Champlin (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, The Taming of the Shrew) as Mrs. Johnstone, Robert Lenzi (Tuck Everlasting) as Sammy, Collin Kelly-Sordelet (The Last Ship) as Eddie, and more to be announced soon.

The show will take place in the Claire Tow Stage in the C. Newton Schenck III Theatre from July 9 through July 27, 2014. Tickets are $55.
The show was created and written by Ray Roderick and James Hindman, with music arrangements by Joseph Baker, and additional music and lyrics by Baker and Roderick. The cast includes Meghan Duffy, Lori Hammel, Regina Levert, and Karyn Quackenbush.
