Choreographed by Melissa Riker with costumes by Rebecca Kanach and visual art by Celeste Cooning, the site-specific work combines dance, science, and improvised music led by Grammy-winning saxophonist Johnny Butler.

The follow-up to 2020’s ‘Thirteen Dances’, the NYC saxophonist, technologist, dancer and composer will release a new album. Comprising 11 songs of his pioneering brand of cosmic jazz, Butler delivers a concept album of maverick instrumentals tied together by a cryptic central protagonist known only as ‘The Sunbather’.
