Metropolitan Entertainment today announces the return of Tedeschi Trucks Band to the Beacon Theatre for the seventh consecutive year. Continuing their tradition of multiple-night residencies at the famed New York City venue, Tedeschi Trucks Band lines up another half-dozen electrifying performances scheduled for October.

On April 28, Columbia Nashville will release the Old Crow Medicine Show special recording of 50 Years of Blonde on Blonde. To celebrate the album release Old Crow will be touring across the U.S. and performing Blonde on Blonde in it's entirety. The tour includes a show on Friday, May 12 at the brand-new Eccles Theater in downtown Salt Lake City.

Park City Institute Executive Director Teri Orr, announced the addition of a roots music show to the 2017 St Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights Concert Series at Deer Valley® Resort. Parsonsfield will headline the evening, joined by Laney Jones and the Spirits, and Jeffrey Foucault.

Lauren Weedman, who took the city by storm with The People's Republic of Portland, is back once again for the world premiere of her first music-based production, Lauren Weedman Doesn't Live Here Anymore. The Armory's Associate Artistic Director Rose Riordan will direct the production. Tim Sonnefeld will provide music direction and join Weedman on stage to play guitar, along with Ji Tanzer on drums. The production will mark Weedman's debut on The Armory's U.S. Bank Main Stage. Lauren Weedman Doesn't Live Here Anymore begins preview performances on March 16; the opening night/press night is March 24; and regular performances run throughApril 30.

The countryside of her native Gloucestershire, England felt too familiar, and London was, in her own words, 'so big, so expensive, and reeked of havoc and loss and all that good stuff.' So Winwood hopped on a plane to Nashville, where she'd spent childhood summers visiting her mother's family.

Forlorn Strangers is a quintet based out of Nashville, Tennessee but has a local connection to the Lehigh Valley. Their unmistakable sound comes to the State Theatre today, February 24 with a performance in the Acopian Ballroom. Local acoustic rock duo Blue Jean will also perform as special guests.
