Tony Award nominee Lucas Hnath's new play, Hillary and Clinton, will offer a special Midnight Performance on Thursday, May 16, 2019. Hillary and Clinton stars Tony and Emmy Award winners Laurie Metcalf and John Lithgow, featuring Zak Orth and Peter Francis James. Directed by Tony Award winner Joe Mantello, Hillary and Clinton began performances at the John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street) on March 16, 2019, ahead of opening to critical acclaim on April 18, 2019.

Audible Inc. announces the New York premiere of 2018 Dramatists Guild Lanford Wilson Award winner Isaac Gomez's the way she spoke, directed by Jo Bonney, and starring Kate del Castillo, as the next Audible Theater production at the Minetta Lane Theatre.

The 29th annual Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film Festival (Inside Out), championing innovative LGBTQ filmmakers from across the globe, revealed its full feature and short film lineup. The announcement was made today by Inside Out's Executive Director Andria Wilson and the festival's Director of Programming Andrew Murphy. Inside Out, which launched the first ever annual LGBTQ Film Finance Forum, has established itself as an international home and incubator for LGBTQ emerging and established filmmakers. This year's festival will take place May 23 to June 2, 2019.

The Actor Therapy Master Series allows up-and-coming performers to see an interview, master class, and open Q&A with their favorite artists. Our next master teaching artist will be KRYSTA RODRIGUEZ, produced by Tony-Award Winner LINDSAY MENDEZ and World-Renowned Composer RYAN SCOTT OLIVER; hosted by Actor Therapy's Director of Events MATHIEU WHITMAN.

The 2019 Tony Award Nominations were announced this morning, and while a select, talented few will spend the day celebrating their achievements, there are many who fell just short of a nod.

The New 42nd Street Gala will celebrate the vision and legacy of Cora Cahan, founding President & CEO, as she steps down after 29 years of extraordinary leadership. Proceeds from the Monday, June 3, 2019, event at The Plaza Hotel will benefit The New Victory Theater's innovative arts and engagement programs which reach more than 55,000 kids each year. 

The 73rd Annual Tony Award Nominations will be announced tomorrow, April 30, from the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. Soon after, their luscious hit songs ( Rhiannon, Monday Morning, Landslide, and Don't Let Me Down Again ) were in heavy radio rotation. And then, the Rumours album gave us Dreams, Go Your Own Way, I Don't Want To Know, and The Chain.

The Drama League (Gabriel Stelian-Shanks, Executive Artistic Director) today announced the 2019 Drama League Awards Nominees for Outstanding Production of a Play, Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Production of a Musical, Outstanding Revival of a Musical, and the much-coveted Distinguished Performance Award. The nominations were announced this morning by the current stars of Waitress, Shoshana Bean and Jeremy Jordan, at the official announcement event at Sardi's Restaurant, which was streamed live online here at BroadwayWorld.
