Today, Freeform, Disney's young adult television network, announced the cast for “Breckman Rodeo” (working title), its upcoming pilot from creator/writer Steve Lerner and the executive producers of the award-winning drama “The Americans,” Joe Weisberg and Joel Fields. Fields, Weisberg and Lerner are executive producers of the pilot, which is produced by FX Productions. Wendey Stanzler (“Mozart in the Jungle,” “Camping,”) will direct the pilot and serve as co-executive producer. The pilot will begin production this month in New Zealand.

Tonight is the the 70th Emmy Awards! Hosted by Colin Jost and Michael Che, the telecast will air live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 8:00 PM ET on NBC.
