Reilly Dolan'; and Michael Jay Bullaro as 'Patrolman Keven Dolan' (Goodman, Citadel, and Harper Theatre Ensemble). The production also features Jeff Award winner Stephen M. Genovese (former Artistic Director of Bohemian Theatre Company and Tim Walsh.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) has announced the winners of the NYMF 2011 Awards for Excellence. Awards will be presented at the Eight Season Awards Gala taking place on Sunday, November 6th at The Hudson Theatre (145 W. 44th Street) beginning at 6:00pm. As previously announced, producers Neil Meron and Craig Zadan will also be honored for their work in bringing musical theatre to a worldwide, pop-culture audience.

Neil and Craig are currently represented on Broadway with How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying are currently producing the new NBC television drama 'SMASH' about the behind-the-scenes creation of a Broadway musical. 'SMASH' premieres on NBC on February 6th.

Gift Theatre Presents Greenberg's NIGHT AND HER STARS, Starts 3/3

The Gift Theatre will tackle Richard Greenberg's Night and Her Stars in a new production directed by Michael Patrick Thornton beginning this March. This elegant play is about the quiz show scandals of the 1950's, reacquainting themselves and their audience with the cautionary tale of Charles Van Doren, the young academic who made and destroyed his name on the question-and-answer show '21.' Thornton says, "As Gift marches towards our ten year milestone, we look to a play we fell in love with long ago and has stayed with us ever since. Night & Her Stars is big and messy and smart and beautiful and it is a joy to bring it to The Gift. Enjoy."
