This very British comedy, based on the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes series, features impeccable comic timing. Set on craggy landscape of Dartmoor in Devon in England's West Country, 'The Hound of The Baskervilles' tells the story of an attempted murder inspired by the legend of a fearsome, diabolical hound of supernatural origin. Sherlock Holmes and his companion Dr. Watson investigate the case.

Florida Repertory Theatre is pleased to announce the opening of "A Christmas Carol: The Tale of Ebenezer Scrooge," a world premiere adaptation of the Dickens classic written and directed by Mark Shanahan. Playing November 30-December 19 in the Historic Arcade Theatre, the run includes four nearly sold out preview performances November 27-29.

In honor of the centenary of Harold Chapin's heroic death on the battlefield in 1915 and their revival of Chapin's The New Morality, Mint Theater Company will present a free, one-night event titled Soldier and Dramatist: A Centennial Commemoration on Monday, September 28th at 7pm. Selections from Chapin's beautifully touching letters home will be performed by Christian Coulson, Joe Delafield, Ben Diskant, Andrew Fallaize, and Ned Noyes. Mint's Associate Director Jesse Marchese will curate and direct the evening which will feature an introduction by George Robb, Professor of History at William Patterson University.
