Ben Gougeon and Doug Spagnola will direct. WONDERLAND IN ALICE: THE UNCERTAINTY PRINCIPLE is a post-modern trip through the worlds of Wonderland and quantum mechanics. Inspired by Lewis Carroll's beloved Alice stories, WONDERLAND IN ALICE: THE UNCERTAINTY PRINCIPLE follows Alice through the ten-dimensions of time and space as she searches for identity in an uncertain world. With help from characters such as the Schizophrenic Cat, the Syphillitic Worm and Tofurky, Alice finds her place in a post-9/11 world by learning to understand quantum physics, human sexuality and the power of choice. Examined Man Theatre will present the World Premiere of WHEN IN DISGRACE (HAPLY I THINK ON THEE), a drama written and directed by Damon Krometis. Previews begin January 23 at Off-Broadway's Theater at St. Clements with opening night slated for Wednesday, January 28.

Curtain times for the U.S. Bank Broadway Series presentation are Tuesdays through Fridays at 8 p.m.; Saturdays at 2 & 8 p.m.; Sunday, February 15 at 2 & 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, February 22 at 2 p.m. There is also a weekday matinee on Thursday, February 19 at 1 p.m.

Hamingson) announced today that A FREE MAN OF COLOR, the world premiere play by John Guare scheduled for late winter, has been postponed due to a loss of significant individual funding and a few key donations brought on by the current economic climate. The Public is still committed to producing this monumental play and expects to be mounting it next season.

The Public Theater's Artistic Director Oskar Eustis and Executive Director Mara Manus announced today that the 2008-2009 Season will feature premieres by Mike Daisey, Christopher Durang, John Guare, Danny Hoch, Craig Lucas, Stephen Sondheim, and Tracey Scott Wilson.

The Interart Theatre Development Series will present BRIDGE OVER LAND, a play by Gilbert Girion, directed by the author. Performances will be at the Interart Theatre Annex, 500 W 52nd Street. Performances will begin on Friday, April 18th, continuing through Saturday, May 10th.

The Public Theater continues its spring season with the U.S. premiere of Drunk Enough to Say I Love You?, a new play by Caryl Churchill presented in association with the Royal Court Theatre. This two-character play, directed by James Macdonald and featuring Scott Cohen and Samuel West, comes to The Public after an acclaimed run at the Royal Court in London last year. Drunk Enough to Say I Love You? will begin previews on Wednesday, March 5 and run through Sunday, April 6 with an official press opening on Sunday, March 16 at 7PM. The Public Theater announced that Barry Edelstein will be the Director of The Public Theater Shakespeare Lab. The Public is now accepting applications for the 2008 Shakespeare Lab, a twelve-week acting intensive scheduled to take place June 2 through August 25, 2008. The application deadline is Friday, March 21.
