Berkeley Rep Awards Fellowships to 16 Artists

Today Berkeley Repertory Theatre announces that 16 young professionals - including seven California natives - have been awarded fellowships for the 2013-14 season. Each year, the brightest and best young minds from across the country are selected through a rigorous application process to take part in Berkeley Rep's Fellowship program. This prestigious training program provides hands-on practical experience with educational seminars that offers insight into the operation and inner workings of an award-winning theatre.

FOYLE'S WAR to Return to PBS's MASTERPIECE MYSTERY Summer 2013

Acorn Media, MASTERPIECE/WGBH, ITV and Eleventh Hour Films have released the first images from the set of the new series of FOYLE'S WAR. The three new episodes will air as part of the MASTERPIECE MYSTERY! season on PBS in summer of 2013.

As the economic downturn takes its toll on arts organizations across the country, the Colorado-based Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities heads optimistically into its 2009-10 theater season, buoyed by the success of last season's record-breaking $3.1 million in tickets sales - a 55% increase over the previous season.
