"That's So Raven" star Anneliese van der Pol teams up with actor/writer Tim Realbuto (Ghostlight; The Emperor's Club) for an evening of song, hilarity and personal reflection at popular venue 54 Below in July.

The writing team of the new musical Freedom's Song have released their first single onto iTunes this week. The writers Caleb Collins and Alison Holman have started crowd funding efforts to continue production of the musical, which recently had a sold-out and extended engagement at 'The West End' (formerly The Underground) in concert reading format.

RUBYLEE PRODUCTIONS (Kimilee Bryant, Producer), in association with The Friends of Alverson Center Theatre, will present a special 'preview' of the new musical MIRACOLO at the National Arts Club, 15 Gramercy Park South, NYC, on Monday, January 27th at 2 PM. Admission to the one hour presentation is by invitation only.

Overcash & Change 2, an evening featuring the work of musical theatre composer Drew Overcash will be presented Feb. 24 at The Highline Ballroom.

As previously reported, the highly buzzed about musical Ghostlight, by popular up-and-comers Matthew Martin and Tim Realbuto, presented an industry reading on Monday, January 13th at Theater Three on West 43rd Street, following two highly-attended backer's auditions on December 2nd at The New 42nd Street Studios. Kevin Lambert (Broadway's Godspell) presented the January 13th reading, which was directed by Realbuto and Martin and featured a starstudded 18 person cast, including Drama League nominee and Great Comet star Phillipa Soo, three time Tony nominee Carolee Carmello, Tony nominee Robert Cuccioli, Jennifer Hope Wills, Kimberly Faye Greenberg, Trevor McQueen, and Abigail Ludrof. Alison Holman (Freedom's Song) provided the musical direction.

Ghostlight had two highly-attended, successful backer's auditions at The New 42nd Street Studios on December 2nd. 'That's So Raven' star Anneliese van der Pol has joined the cast of the highly anticipated industry reading of Martin and Realbuto's Ghostlight. Van der Pol will play the central role of Olive Thomas, joining previously announced Tony Award nominee Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll and Hyde), Rachel Bay Jones (Pippin), Jennifer Hope Wills (Wonderful Town), Trevor McQueen (Annie Get Your Gun), and Kimberly Faye Greenberg (One Night With Fanny Brice). The industry reading will take place on December 2nd at the famed New 42nd Street Studios. Ghostlight had a sold out and extended run at the Signature Theatre in 2011 as part of NYMF. The show has been revamped since then. Alison Holman will provide musical direction for the upcoming reading. Matthew Martin and Tim Realbuto wrote the book, music, and lyrics, and will also co-direct, the same duty they performed during the NYMF production.
