Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. On Monday, February 29, 2016, the Broadway at Birdland concert series will be presenting Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens as a benefit concert. With music by Janet Hood, lyrics and additional text by bill Russell, the piece is comprised of songs and monologues inspired by the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt and Edgar Lee Masters' Spoon River Anthology. To get the inside scoop on the upcoming star studded concert, I chatted with Russell and director Jill Sapenoff.

Allen D. Cornell, Riverside Theatre's Producing Artistic Director, and Ken Clifton, Riverside's Musical Director, have teamed up again to create a special theatrical event showcasing some of the most beloved music from the films of Hollywood. Riverside Goes To Hollywood takes place on the Stark Stage on Thursday, November 19 and Saturday, November 21, 2015.

Broadway leading lady Jennifer Hope Wills (THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA; WONDERFUL TOWN) will play the role of scorned wife 'Billie Burke' (who was famously married to Flo Ziegfeld, but was perhaps most known for he role as Glinda in MGM's classic THE WIZARD OF OZ) in the highly anticipated staged reading of GHOSTLIGHT the musical tonight, October 22nd at 9:00 PM.

The Emerging Artists Theatre has invited GHOSTLIGHT to perform a workshop/staged reading of their show as part of their prestigious New Work Series. The exclusive performance will take place on Thursday, October 22nd at the TADA! Theatre, 15 West 28th Street in NYC, at 9:00 PM.

 Matthew Martin and Tim Realbuto have announced that they will do a talkback session with their audience following the Thursday, October 22nd performance of their popular musical GHOSTLIGHT.

Broadway veteran George Dvorsky (THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL; PASSION) completes the cast of the highly anticipated staged reading/workshop of GHOSTLIGHT the musical on Thursday, October 22nd at 9:00 PM.

George Primavera will play the principal role of Jack Pickford in the highly anticipated staged reading of GHOSTLIGHT the musical on Thursday, October 22nd at 9:00 PM. The creative team announced Primavera's casting yesterday, along with the full list of ensemble members. The role of Florenz Ziegfeld, Jr. will be cast shortly.

Having gotten to paint the faces of Patti LuPone, Kate Baldwin, Stephanie J. Block and Elizabeth Stanley to name a few, celebrity makeup artist Erin Williams has strong ties with the Broadway community. For Erin's Faces, her eco-friendly makeup and skincare line's, campaign for her Mineral Liquid Foundation it only made sense for Erin to work with more women of Broadway.
