TNT announced today that its thrilling new true crime series I Am the Night is teaming up with the hit podcast My Favorite Murder to bring an exclusive live episode hosted by Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark on January 15th at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles. This unique partnership marks a first for the My Favorite Murder team, as the podcast has never partnered with a television network in support of an upcoming drama series.

Director Patty Jenkins' ( Wonder Woman,  Monster) highly anticipated limited suspense drama, I Am the Night, starring Chris Pine (Wonder Woman,  Star Trek). I Am the Night premieres  Monday, January 28, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) on TNT .

Broadway playwright and director Moises Kaufman (Torch Song, The Laramie Project, Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde, I am My Own Wife), founder of Tectonic Theater Project, will lead a "theater and whiskey" trip to the famed Edinburgh Festivals and the Scottish Highlands, from August 3 through 11, 2019.

TNT and Cadence13, a leading podcast media company, today announced a ground-breaking eight-part podcast documentary series, Root of Evil: The True Story of the Hodel Family and the Black Dahlia, a companion to TNT's six-episode suspense drama I Am the Night. The podcast series will premiere Wednesday, February 13 and joins Turner Podcast Network's portfolio of podcasts available on Apple Podcasts and many other podcast platforms. I Am the Night, from director Patty Jenkins and writer Sam Sheridan, starring Chris Pine, is slated to premiere on Monday, January 28, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) on TNT.

San Diego Repertory Theatre announced today the cast and creative team for the fourth production in their 43rd season, Julia Cho's Aubergine. Directed by San Diego REP Associate Artistic Director Todd Salovey, Aubergine is an unforgettable story of love, family and the healing power of food. Performances run January 24 - February 17, 2019, in the Lyceum Space Theatre. Tickets start at $25 and are currently on sale to the general public. Previews are January 24 - 29, 2019. Press opening is Wednesday, January 30 at 7:00 p.m.

The Southeast's premier LGBTQIA+ theater, Out Front Theatre Company, has announced that solo performer and actor Peter Smith (PETER PAN at Bard SummerScape, Comedy Central's Upcoming Variety Performers 2018) will perform in the theater's 2019 production of Doug Wright's Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning play I Am My Own Wife, March 14-30, 2019.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the full cast and creative team for Paradise Square: An American Musical. The world premiere is helmed by acclaimed director Moises Kaufman, with choreography by the legendary Bill T. Jones and a book by Marcus Gardley, Craig Lucas, and Larry Kirwan. Music by Jason Howland and Larry Kirwan, with lyrics by Nathan Tysen, and based on the songs of Stephen Foster. Paradise Square is produced by special arrangement with Garth H. Drabinsky in association with Peter LeDonne and Teatro Proscenium Limited Partnership.
