The 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards were held virtually last night, and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.

GALECA, the Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics, unveiled the inaugural Dorians TV Toast 2020 on Revry award winners at a virtual, live-streamed event on Sunday.

HBO will offer all nine episodes of the series WATCHMEN for free starting FRIDAY, JUNE 19 through SUNDAY, June 21 exclusively on HBO.com and Free On Demand, as an extension of the network's content offering highlighting Black experiences, voices and storytellers. The network will also air a marathon of the series on HBO and HBO Latino starting at 1:00 p.m. ET/PT on Friday, June 19.

Downs, Lucia Aniello and Jen Statsky, and executive produced by the trio alongside Michael Schur. Emmy Award-winning actress Jean Smart has been cast to star in the comedy series, which will explore a dark mentorship that forms between a Las Vegas diva (Smart) and an entitled, outcast 25-year-old.

a??a??a??a??a??a??a??Judson Theatre Company (Daniel Haley, Artistic Director and Morgan Sills, Executive Producer) has announced that Amanda Bearse will play Olive Madison and Teresa Ganzel will play Florence Unger in their March production of Neil Simon's The Odd Couple (Female Version). Performances begin Thursday, March 26 and run through Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Owens Auditorium at the newly renovated Bradshaw Performing Arts Center (3395 Airport Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374).

Last night, the Critics' Choice Awards were given out. Among the big winners was Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood, taking home the award for Best Picture, as well as Brad Pitt for Best Supporting Actor, Best Production Design, and Quentin Tarantino for Best Original Screenplay.

“Late Night with Seth Meyers” is home to A-list celebrity guests, memorable comedy and topical monologue jokes. It is hosted by Emmy Award-winning writer Seth Meyers, who was one of 2014's TIME 100 Most Influential People and named to Variety's 2016 New Power of New York list. Previously, Meyers served as head writer on “Saturday Night Live” and anchor on the show's wildly popular “Weekend Update.” “Late Night with Seth Meyers” was nominated in 2017 for both an Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series and a Writers Guild Award.

Adding to its slate of premium content from leading industry powerhouses, HBO Max has picked up Superintelligence, an original film starring beloved Oscar-nominated actress Melissa McCarthy (Spy, The Heat, Bridesmaids). Directed by Ben Falcone (Life of the Party, Tammy) and written by Steve Mallory (The Boss), the comedy is slated to premiere on HBO Max when the service launches in Spring 2020.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, 'Mare of Easttown' has added Julianne Nicholson and Jean Smart to the cast. The HBO series is led and executive produced by Kate Winslet.

Beginning August 5, getTV will begin airing episodes of the popular sitcom “Hot in Cleveland,” starring Valerie Bertinelli (“One Day at a Time”), Jane Leeves (“Frasier”), Wendie Malick (“Just Shoot Me”) and Betty White (“The Golden Girls”). The series, which ran on TVLand from 2010 to 2015, will air August 5 at 6PM ET.

FX's John Landgraf announced that the third season of Legion will be its last, according to Deadline. Landgraf also said that's how the show's creator Noah Hawley envisioned it ending.
