Due to illness, Lea Michele will be out of Funny Girl's Friday, December 30th matinee.

On December 26, Merrily We Roll Along was postponed due to technical issues, causing the audience to wait for an hour before it was finally canceled. As a result of a cold front during the holiday weekend, necessary production equipment froze up. Despite this, Daniel Radcliffe, Jonathan Groff, and Lindsay Mendez took time out of their busy schedules to give the audience a private talkback about Merrily! The complete cast and creative team have been announced for the one-night-only benefit concert of the legendary musical Chess on Monday, December 12 at 7:30 pm ET at the Broadhurst Theatre. Joining the cast are Bradley Dean as “Ivan Molokov,” Tony Award nominee Sean Allan Krill as “Walter de Courcey,” and Tony Award nominee Bryce Pinkham as “The Arbiter.'

New York Theatre Workshop has added a final benefit performance of Merrily We Roll Along on Sunday January 22, 2023, at 2pm. Proceeds from the performance will benefit NYTW’s education and engagement programming across the 2022/23 season.

Kaufman & Moss Hart, Merrily We Roll Along is directed by Olivier Award winner Maria Friedman and choreographed by Tim Jackson.

Funny Girl gets new funny ladies tonight! Lea Michele will star as 'Fanny Brice' and Tovah Feldshuh will star as 'Mrs. Brice,' alongside Tony & Olivier Award nominee Ramin Karimloo as 'Nick Arnstein'. The production will invite critics back to the show, but not for a few weeks, after the pair has had a “brief time to perform together.”
