The Cleveland Orchestra's annual Christmas Concerts are a holiday tradition, and Severance Hall is the destination in Northeast Ohio for families and friends to gather and celebrate the season. On Friday, December 14, this year's series of eleven concerts conducted by Richard Kaufman begins - all amidst the Yuletide splendor of Severance Hall, which will be decked out with dazzling decorations. The Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus Chamber Ensemble, Cleveland Orchestra Children's Chorus - and guest choirs from The College of Wooster and the The University of Akron - join the Orchestra to fill your festivities with uplifting and joyful music.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) tonight announced the winners of the 45th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards at a grand gala held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Southern California.

Some of the biggest and brightest stars of daytime television are scheduled to present at the 45th Annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmy® Awards on Friday, April 27, 2018 and the 45th Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the historic Pasadena Civic Auditorium located in Pasadena, Southern California. The Sunday Daytime Emmy Awards will be streamed-live on Facebook Live, Twitter, the NATAS website (www.emmyonline.tv), and the KNEKTtv platform.

Award winning EMH Productions continues its 7th season with a high stakes comedic romp about a bunch of old people.  Okay, older people.  And that right there is why EMH selected this play.  All too often people over 50, 60, 70 are instantly labeled "Old".

Award-winning actor/director Frank Ferrante re-creates his acclaimed New York and London stage portrayal celebrating America's greatest comedian - Groucho Marx.  You will feel as though Groucho is back, as Ferrante sings, dances and performs classic routines on the North Coast Rep stage, April 23 & 24 at 7:30pm.

The quick-witted American actor and icon, Groucho Marx was a frequent visitor to New Hope and Bucks County. Now nearly 41 years after his death, Groucho makes a hilarious return to Bucks - this time in the form of award-winning actor Frank Ferrante in the global comedy hit, "An Evening with Groucho." The show is presented February 14 - 25 at Bucks County Playhouse as part of the 2018 Visiting Artists Series.

Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly were iconic and game-changing in their era, and still have influence with today's music-makers. The Alhambra Theatre & Dining will kick off its 2018 Alhambra After Dark music series schedule by celebrating Elvis and Buddy Holly. Kevin Mills will return to the Alhambra from February 7 11, 2018 with his award-winning tribute to Elvis in a new show, Elvis is Back! The Rave-Ons, led by one of Alhambra's most popular performers, Todd Meredith, will bring their rendition of Buddy Holly & The Crickets to the Alhambra from March 28 April 1, 2018 in a show entitled, That'll Be the Day. Both shows are concert-style events, and pricing for each show is $65 and includes dinner, performance and parking.

The 2018 Alhambra Theatre & Dining season launches January 3 with the Marvelous Wonderettes. This smashing off-Broadway hit takes place at the Springfield High School Prom in 1958 where the audience is introduced to the The Wonderettes, a four-girl tour-de-force with hopes, dreams and voices as big as their crinoline skirts. The show follows their lives and loves from their prom night until they reunite on stage for their 10-year reunion. Audiences in other cities have been found singing and dancing in the aisles as The Wonderettes sing classic hits from the 1950's and 1960's including Lollipop Dream Lover Stupid Cupid and Lipstick on your Collar.

Today, the Halloran Centre at the Orpheum announced a new theatre series as part of the On Stage at the Halloran Centre programming. Three shows comprise this inaugural series that will run December through March 2018.

Capping off its 50 Years of Memories celebration, the Alhambra is kicking off its next 50 years with a nine-show slate, five of which are new to Alhambra audiences.

On Monday, September 18th, Jamie Farr's management announced that he has withdrawn from the upcoming national production of Tuesdays with Morrie. With this announcement, the Orpheum Theatre Group has decided to cancel the Tuesdays with Morrie engagement originally scheduled for December 2-3, 2017 at the Halloran Centre for Performing Arts & Education.

Due to circumstances beyond its control, the McAninch Arts Center's presentation of LPP Theatricals production of Tuesdays With Morrie starring Jamie Farr scheduled for Sept. 30 has been cancelled.The box office will be contacting ticket holders to Tuesdays With Morrie to arrange a refund or exchange to tickets for another show in the MAC's 2017-2018 season.

McAninch Arts Center (MAC), located at 425 Fawell Blvd., on the campus of College of DuPage opens its 2017-2018 Performance Series with the Tuesdays with Morrie starring Jamie Farr Saturday, Sept. 30 at 8 p.m. This is the exclusive Chicago area engagement of LPP Theatricals, LLC production of North American Tour of the two-man play, Tuesdays With Morrie, based on the book by Mitch Albom, adapted by Jeffrey Hatcher, directed by Ron Ulrich and starring Jamie Farr with co-star David Keeley.
