Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester presents the musical revue Putting it Together. Putting it Together, which celebrates and showcases the songs of Stephen Sondheim, will be directed by Bronagh Lagan and runs from Wednesday 24 October to Saturday 24 November 2018.

It's an evening of cabaret at The Never Get! The York Theatre Company will present An Intimate Night at The York, celebrating the lush history of New York City cabaret with a special 'intimate' evening with commentary by special guest James Gavin (Intimate Nights: The Golden Age of New York Cabaret), interspersed with performances by award-winning cabaret artists including Natalie Douglas, Shana Farr, Marissa Mulder, T. Oliver Reid, Steve Ross, KT Sullivan, Bill Zeffiro, and more! 

Joining forces with Belgian producer Yves V, Brazilian Bass head honcho Alokhas unveiled yet another addition to his ever-expanding catalogue. With world-renowned Irish singer/songwriter Gavin James on vocal duties, Alok & Yves V's 'Innocent' is out now via Spinnin' Records.

Casting has been confirmed for the fifth in-house production of 2018 from Aria Entertainment and Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester: the musical revue Putting it Together. With rehearsals starting today, the full cast has been announced for Aria Entertainment's prestigious festival of new musical theatre, From Page To Stage (FPTS), which returns with gusto for a 6th successful year from September 2018 at London's Southwark Playhouse. Jane Deitch has cast the 37-strong company, who will each star in one of the seven brand new musicals featured in the 2018 festival.

The Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) is pleased to announce the 2018 MAC Award nominees. The nominees, in a majority of the categories, were determined by votes cast by the active MAC membership. The MAC Board of Directors selected the nominees for Show of the Year. Special committees selected the nominees in the Ensemble Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Singing Entertainer (Female; Male), Recording (LaMott Friedman), Major Recording, Song and Comedy/Novelty Song categories. The names of the songwriters in the Song and Comedy/Novelty Song categories are being withheld during the voting period, but will be announced publicly as soon as the voting period concludes.

The Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) will present Tony nominee SHARON McNIGHT and RUBY RIMS with its 2018 Lifetime Achievement Awards at the 32nd Annual MAC Awards to be held Tuesday, March 27 at 7:00 pm at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City.

Intimate Nights: The Golden Age of Cabaret was the theme of the Third night of The 28th New York Cabaret Convention held at JALC Rose Theater. It was a grand eventing and the enthusiastic audience got to enjoy the artists quite well during the 3 1/2 hours of music.
