Ethan Ramos: A Life Lived Full Out, Onstage and Off

On January 23, 2025, the world lost a bright light. Our local theatre community lost a talented performer. I lost my dance partner, audience buddy, dear friend and the third part of our dressing room Pentatonix tribute band. Ethan Ramos was all of these things, but most of all, he was the best human.

Olivia Winslow Bellido Named Stephen Schwartz Musical Theatre Teacher of the Year

C.E. Jordan High School theatre director and educator Olivia Bellido is the 2024 recipient of the Stephen Schwartz Musical Theatre Teacher of the Year Award. Presented by The ASCAP Foundation and the Educational Theatre Association (EdTA), this accolade recognizes exceptional achievement in the field of high school and middle school theatre education and includes a $5,000 cash prize.
