Today we are talking to a Tony Award-winning legend famous for his performances starring in the original Broadway productions of PIPPIN and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, as well as his celebrated turns in stage and screen projects as diverse as ALL THAT JAZZ, SWEET CHARITY, CHICAGO, FOSSE, WICKED, GRIND, ROOTS, I'M NOT RAPPAPORT, GOLDEN BOY, IDLEWILD, FUNNY LADY, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and many more - the simply incredible Ben Vereen. Milwaukee Chamber Theatre (MCT), Jewish Museum Milwaukee (JMM) and the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center (JCC) are collaborating on "Exploring Jewish Voices." During the 2012-2013 season, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre is producing three plays by prominent Jewish playwrights. MCT, JMM & the JCC decided this was an ideal opportunity to partner and provide additional educational and outreach opportunities to the Milwaukee area Jewish community.

Previews for Born Yesterday, starring Jim Belushi, Robert Sean Leonard and Nina Arianda, start tonight, March 31, at Broadway's Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street) at 8 pm. Producers Philip Morgaman, Anne Caruso/Vincent Caruso, Frankie J. Grande, and James P. MacGilvray have announced that casting is complete for the upcoming Broadway production of Born Yesterday, a comedy by Garson Kanin, directed by Doug Hughes. The production stars Jim Belushi, Robert Sean Leonard, and Nina Arianda and will play Broadway's Cort Theatre, 138 West 48th Street, beginning previews Thursday, March 31, and opening Sunday, April 24.
