L/A Community Little Theatre is excited to announce the cast for their upcoming production of URINETOWN. The 2001 Broadway hit features music by Mark Hollmann and lyrics by Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis, with book by Greg Kotis. Winner of three Tony Awards, three Outer Critics Circle Awards, two Lucille Lortel Awards and two Obie Awards, URINETOWN is a hilarious, touchingly honest, musical satire of the legal system, capitalism, social irresponsibility, populism, bureaucracy, corporate mismanagement, municipal politics and musical theatre itself! This production is being directed by Kay Warren, assistant directed by Nicole Chase, produced by Brandon Chaloux, choreographed by Jake Boyce, with musical direction by Rebecca Caron.

Members of Hoff-Barthelson Music School's Faculty perform great vocal jazz alongside the vocal joys of Debussy, chamber works for flute trio, a sonata for viola; and a woodwind sextet in "A Musical Melange," on Friday, March 9, 2018, at 7:30 pm. Art Center Presents a Concert in the Gallery With Mary Bichner & Molly Zenobia

In conjunction with the exhibition Radiant Energy, the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey will host an evening of music on Saturday, March 10 from 6-8 PM, with composers and singers Mary Bichner and Molly Zenobia. Radiant Energy focuses on visual artists whose work centers around color and color theory. Mary and Molly will perform and speak about how they use synesthesia-a neurological condition that causes them to "see" splashes of specific colors when they hear corresponding pitches sounded-to write music.

BWW Review: UNDER THE MOUNTAIN at ASB Waterfront Auckland

Bringing a book about volcanoes, tunnels, mud aliens and magical stones to the stage makes for some unique challenges and there had been a lot of talk of how it could be staged. Director Sara Brodie, who gained notoriety with her direction of the highly successful The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime (Auckland Theatre Company 2016), has melded a technical team who have created a landscape of tension , thrill and drama for the performers to tell their story.

PINKALICIOUS Opening At Artisan Children's Theater

Artisan Children's Theater proudly presents PINKALICIOUS THE MUSICAL at its 148 seat Second Stage facility.  The theater is located at 444 East Pipeline Road in Hurst.  The show runs Friday, February 16, 2018 through Saturday, March 24, 2018.  Performances are Fridays at 5:00pm and Saturdays at 10:00am and 12:00pm. Additional performances March 12-16 at 10:00am and 12:00pm and March 20 at 12:00pm.
