After weathering the global pandemic by producing shows on a temporary outdoor stage and live-streaming performances, returning to live theatre indoors is a testament to the vitality and strength of the Springer's staff, board, patrons, and donors.

Andrew Thompson's One Hundred Oxen has been awarded the inaugural Hope Prize by Arch468.  He receives a £10,000 commission, having responded to the open call out for a new play that offered a vision of hope in a bid to ensure that hope is not allowed to fade from public discourse. 

The full cast has been released for Dreamgirls, as it embarks on its first ever tour of the UK, opening at the Liverpool Empire Theatre this December before visiting cities right across the country throughout 2022 and into 2023.
