Chicago's top magician and mentalist, Dennis Watkins, will perform his original adaptation of magic's most intriguing spiritual mystery, The Spirit Cabinet, and more in a one-night-only event at The Palmer House on Friday, October 26 to celebrate National Magic Week.

The world masters of magic are returning to Brisbane with their spectacular production, The Illusionists: Direct From Broadway materialising in the Concert Hall, Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) for a strictly limited season from 9 January 2019, with tickets on sale from Friday 28 September 2018.

A historical epic that was nominated for 13 Tony Awards will come to Adrian on Sept. 21 when the Croswell Opera House opens its production of the musical 'Ragtime.'

In an unique collaboration a special kid friendly tour of the Palace Theater is being offered on Wednesday August 15 at 11:00 am. The hour-long tour adapted specifically for children ages 5 and older will include magic performed by "CJ the Sorcerer" aka Cyril May the Recycling Coordinator for the City of Waterbury, as well as an opportunity to see the behind the scenes magic at the majestic venue and a chance for a "walk on" across the historic stage.

Ragtime, one of the most powerful and vibrant musicals of this era, will be celebrating its 20th anniversary this July on the Dixon Hall stage.  Based on the E.L. Doctorow novel, Ragtime tells the story of a restless America at the turn of the twentieth century where everything is changing and anything is possible.  It is a timeless celebration of life - what it could and should be. It tells the stories of an upper-class wife, a Jewish immigrant and a daring Harlem musician - All three characters are united by their desire and belief in a brighter tomorrow.  The Tony-winning score by Ahrens & Flaherty will be brought to life with the 38 member cast and 26-piece orchestra.

Ragtime, based on E.L. Doctorow's 1975 novel and featuring a book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty, and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens will run June 13 - July 1 on the Main Stage at the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of DeSales University.
