From March 14 to July 21, 2024, Bozar, in collaboration with CINEMATEK and the Fondation Chantal Akerman, will present an exhibition dedicated to the Belgian filmmaker, writer, and artist Chantal Akerman.

Broadway's critically acclaimed production of APPROPRIATE by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins will to welcome actress Ella Beatty to its cast when the production continues its limited  extended engagement at the Belasco Theatre in March.

Platoon has released the new animated film for composer Mason Bates' Philharmonia Fantastique: The Making of the Orchestra, a 25-minute concerto for orchestra and animated film, for rent or purchase in 4K and surround sound audio on the AppleTV app and to stream on Apple Music.

Schuyler Fisk’s latest single Life After from Sam & Kate will be released on Friday, October 28, 2022. The film Sam & Kate stars Academy Award winner Dustin Hoffman, Academy Award winner Sissy Spacek, Jake Hoffman and Schuyler Fisk and can be seen in theaters November 11, 2022.

On Friday, November 4, 2022, Platoon will release the new animated film for composer Mason Bates' Philharmonia Fantastique: The Making of the Orchestra, a 25-minute concerto for orchestra and animated film described by John Williams 'the biggest step forward since Fantasia itself. A new opera inspired by Kurt Cobain based on a film by Gus Van Sant premieres at the Royal Opera House

The Royal Opera have announced their partnership with Balenciaga. The House has selected specific pieces from its Fall 2022 and Winter 2022 collections for the Last Days costumes.  

Director Sidney Lumet followed a string of Oscar®-winning 1970s classics with this lavish adaptation of the popular Broadway musical The Wiz, noted for its lively score and all-Black cast.  The Academy Museum’s first anniversary screening of The Wiz will feature live dance performances by the Debbie Allen Dance Studio youth performers.

MOD SUN shares a gritty, intimate and raw short film video for his powerful single “Battle Scars.” Inspired by some of his favorite filmmakers, including Gus Van Sant, the short film was shot in a one of a kind desert location. MOD co-directed the film with frequent collaborator Charlie Zwick (“Flames” feat. Avril Lavigne, “Bones”).
