Australian/First Nations songwriter and producer Sycco (pron. 'psycho'), shares her new energetic track 'I'd Love To Tell You,' produced by Styalz Fuego (Troye Sivan, MUNA, Khalid) and co-written with Grace Shaw of Mallrat, out now via Future Classic (Flume, SOPHIE, G Flip).

Blu DeTiger's new single, 'Cut Me Down' (feat. Mallrat). The two artists trade off on vocals, bringing a breezy energy as they confront those who take pleasure in cutting other people down. Blu also plays bass on the track, which she produced with John Hill and Sam Homaee. Blu and Mallrat wrote “Cut Me Down” with Hill, Homaee and Amy Allen.

Mallrat delivers her surprise collaboration with American electronic duo The Chainsmokers. After teasing the release on socials, the new version of the viral, is out now. After touring arenas in Europe with Conan Gray and hitting the main stage at Reading and Leeds Festival in the UK, Mallrat is heading to New Zealand, Brisbane, Sydney, and more.

Songwriters from around the world are invited to enter the 2019 Vanda & Young Global Songwriting Competition to go in the running for a career-changing first-place cash prize of A$50,000, courtesy of APRA AMCOS, Alberts and BMG. 

2017 and 2018 have been stellar years for Gold Coast singer/songwriter Amy Shark and the celebrations are far from over after it was announced today that she has taken out the top prize in the 2018 Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition with 'Adore'.

It's quickly becoming apparent that 2018 is the Year of the Mallrat, with the release today of her truly epic, new single 'UFO' (feat Allday) via Nettwerk Records. She's also poised to head to SXSW in Austin, Texas in March, where she's set to spread the love for Mallrat even further around the globe. Following her appearance at the festival, Mallrat will be touring across the United States, playing a handful of shows on the East and West Coast.

Beck Center for the Arts is pleased to welcome alum Rachele Alpine as she hosts the release of her middle school novel, Operation Pucker Up, at 7 p.m. today, July 30 beginning with a Reader's Theater with chapters from the book in the Studio Theater. A reception, book signing, prize giveaways, and refreshments will immediately follow. The event is free and open to the public, and books will be available for purchase through Barnes and Noble.
