The Niantic Bay Playhouse has announced the opening of 'The Wedding Singer,' the hit musical based on the 1998 film of the same name. The production will run from July 18th-August 4th.

Broadway Method Academy (BMA), in association with the Shubert Theatre of New Haven and Westport Country Playhouse, announces the nominees for the second annual Stephen Sondheim Awards. The black-tie gala will take place on June 3 at 7:30 pm at the Shubert Theatre in New Haven, CT.  The program's mission is to recognize excellence in high school musical theater.

Located on the Southwest coast of Florida nestled next to Lemon Bay and half way between Fort Myers and Tampa is a very small town with one high school and less than 1400 students. The town is a melting pot of transferred families, retirees, multi-generational 'locals,' working class, the extremely impoverished, and the exceptionally wealthy.
