Remote Theater And The Marsh Stage THE CHOICE in July

Remote Theater, the award-winning 'live cinema' company born during the pandemic, announced today the July 2022 production of 'The Choice,' a multi-playwright reflection on Roe v. Wade. Styled after Remote/Marsh's much-lauded January production, Insurrection - examining the events of January 6, 2021 - The Choice seeks to bring greater understanding to ongoing conflicts in American civic life by dramatizing different stories in different voices working with some of the nation's greatest playwrights and actors.

Cellist Amit Peled Releases New Album, Solus Et Una, Out Today

Today, cellist Amit Peled releases his next album, Solus et una, on CTM Classics. A follow-up to his critically acclaimed 2018 album Bach Vol. 1, Solus et una features J.S. Bach's Suites Nos. 4 and 5 for Violoncello Solo, plus a brand new cello choir arrangement of the Andante from Brahms' Symphony No. 3, performed by the Mount Vernon Virtuosi cellos. Suites Nos. 4 and 5 were recorded and engineered by six-time Grammy Award-winning recording producer Da-Hong Seetoo. 

The Actors' Gang's CAN'T PAY? DON'T PAY! Extends

Can't Pay? Don't Pay! written by Nobel Laureate Dario Fo and Franca Rame is now extended at The Actors' Gang Theater in the old Ivy Substation through Saturday, June 11. 

North Carolina Opera Announces 2022/2023 Season

The Triangle's premiere opera company has announced its upcoming 2022/2023 season. North Carolina Opera (NCO) will open the season with a concert performance of Puccini's MANON LESCAUT on October 2 in Meymandi Concert Hall. The special, one performance only presentation will feature a full orchestra on stage, and marks the NCO premiere of the piece.

The Omaha Community Playhouse to Stage THE GIVER

The Omaha Community Playhouse (OCP) production of The Giver will open Friday, April 15, 2022.
