Legacy in the Key of Bing can only mean the affable, buoyant Bing Crosby who swooned millions of people on the radio with only his voice. D. Scott Eads has been a fan of Crosby since his childhood, growing up in West Virginia, and with his clean good looks and smooth vocal instrument is the ideal choice to replicate the icon's music. On Sunday September 30, Eads brought his lovely show to Sterling's Upstairs at the Federal with a sold out house well in advance of the performance. Backed  by a four piece band with expert musical director Rich Eames at the piano, and with special guest stars Laura Dickinson and Will Collyer, the show took off from the top and hit the ground running.

Liz Robertson gave an affectionate musical tribute to her late husband, Alan Jay Lerner, the internationally acclaimed author of My Fair Lady last night in the theatre districts legendary Don't Tell Mama. My Fair Lady of course began it's Broadway run of 2,717 performances in 1956 at the Mark Hellinger Theatre on 51st Street. Don't Tell Mama on 46th street will present Liz Robinson's Cabaret show ( which she also performs in London) for three performances.

Don't Tell Mama is thrilled to present the return engagement of West End & Broadway star and Olivier Award-nominee Liz Robertson in 'Lerner Without Loewe,' an affectionate musical tribute to her late husband, Alan Jay Lerner, the internationally acclaimed author of My Fair Lady, currently in previews at The Vivian Beaumont Theatre and opening on April 19. Having debuted the show in a one night engagement last April, she now returns for three (3) performances -  Friday, April 13 at 7pm, Saturday, April 14 at 8pm, and Sunday, April 15 at 6pm. The evening is directed by Barry Kleinbort with musical direction by Ron Abel.

Welcome back! Tony Award winner, and UK star, Frances Ruffelle recently moved to New York. On Sunday, she will remind the city why she's one of the theater's great stars with a special performance at The Green Room 42. Broadway's original Eponine in Les Miserables, Ruffelle's Live(s) in New York will treat fans to songs from her stage and recording career from 17th century torch songs to Sanskrit chants, and show covers to original penned tracks.

We3, a talented trio of musical artists, will take the main stage at Peoria Center for the Performing Arts on Tuesday, September 12th at 7:30pm as the first concert in the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts 2017-18 Music Series.
