Acts of Kindness Theatre Company to Present THE ADDAMS FAMILY

Do not miss the hilarious musical comedy The Addams Family to be presented by Acts of Kindness Theatre Company (AOK) at the Eichelberger Performing Arts Center in Hanover, PA, July 26-28 & August 2-4. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:00 p.m. Sunday shows are at 2:00 p.m.

The Addams Family is a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family. The show features an original story and it's every father's nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family- a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn't upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he's never done before- keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday's "normal" boyfriend and his parents.

The same creative team that brought you Newsies last year is proud to deliver this hilarious, show filled with intense dance and incredible vocals! The Addams Family is directed by Rene Staub. Assistant Director is Jessica Staub. Vocal Director is Lisa Pantano. Choreographer is Sarah Flynn. The cast features Vincent Beck as Gomez Addams and Sophia Sarnowski as Morticia Addams. Wednesday Addams is play by Chloe Braden, Pugsley is played by Tony Mercado, Grandma is played by Georgia Brown and Uncle Fester is played by Seth Hench. The Beineke Family includes Lilly Gorski as Alice, Elliott Petrilla as Mal and Jacob Schmitt as Wednesday's love interest, Lucas.

The show features a large cast of "Dancestors" highlighting one of AOK's strength of talented dancers and vocalists. Proceeds of the production will benefit both Hanover High School's Parent Association Supporting Theatre arts (P.A.S.T.A.) and The Belmont Theatre.

The Eichelberger Performing Arts Center is located a 195 Stock Street in Hanover, PA. There is convenient, free parking. Go to www.theeich.org or call 717-637-7086 for advance tickets and more information.
