The renowned BMC Summer Music Festival returns for a spectacular and diverse 83rd season from June - August Brevard, NC The Brevard Music Center (BMC) is mere weeks away from launching its 2019 summer festival season in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina. Each summer from June through August, 40,000 music-lovers celebrate Brevard Music Center's mission by attending its acclaimed summer music festival and supporting 500 gifted young musicians who are redefining the future of classical music alongside an esteemed artist faculty from major orchestras and universities.

The rustic elegance of The Wallis's Sorting Room continues its third season with nine eclectic programs from June 13 - 29, 2019.  The Sorting Room transforms the Lovelace Studio Theater into a 140-seat custom built nightclub space that offers Los Angeles audiences a rare opportunity to experience some of the best and emerging talent in cabaret, live contemporary music, spoken word, and more. Isabel Leonard is one of, if not the, most in-demand opera singer in the world today. For the last decade her star has been on the rise all around the world both on the opera and concert stages. This season at The Met alone she's performing in three different production, singing three roles that could not be more starkly dissimilar: the title role of Nico Muhly's Marnie, Claude Debussy's Melisande and the upcoming Blanche de la Force in Poulenc's 'Dialogues of the Carmelites'. The venerable, Connecticut-based Music Mountain concert series has announced its full 2019 summer season comprising two distinct series. Marking 90 continuous years of presenting outstanding artists and beloved repertoire to East Coast concertgoers, Music Mountain is now the oldest running chamber music series in the nation, which now features the Chamber Music Concerts series and Twilight Series.
