TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE launches globally on Netflix Friday, August 17th.

Paramount Worldwide Acquisitions announced today that it has acquired the North American rights to the Sarah Jessica Parker (“Divorce,” “Sex and the City”) drama HERE AND NOW (formerly titled Blue Night).  The film will be distributed by Paramount Home Media Distribution on Digital and VOD beginning November 9, 2018, the same day that it will debut in theaters from AMBI Distribution.

Premium television network EPIX has greenlit an all-new original docuseries Unprotected Sets, which will premiere Friday, October 5 at 11 PM ET/PT.  From executive producers Wanda Sykes and Page Hurwitz (Push It Productions), Barry Poznick, President of MGM's Unscripted Television and MGM Television, the series will take a raw, unfiltered look at stand up through the eyes of the funniest up and coming comedians from across the country.  The series will shoot in Portland, San Diego, Washington, D.C., Minneapolis and Atlanta.   Hurwitz will be the series showrunner.

Global Citizen announces The 2018 Global Citizen Festival at New York City's Central Park on Saturday, Sept. 29. Headlining the festival is The Weeknd, Janet Jackson, Shawn Mendes, Cardi B, and Janelle Monáe, with John Legend performing a special guest set.

International advocacy organization Global Citizen today announced that headliners Janet Jackson, The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Cardi B, and Janelle Monae will perform at the 2018 Global Citizen Festival, the free-ticketed event on the Great Lawn in Central Park, New York City on Saturday, September 29, 2018. For the fifth consecutive year, MSNBC & Comcast NBCUniversal will air a live simulcast of the Festival on MSNBC and for the seventh consecutive year, iHeartMedia has been named the exclusive audio media partner.

Black Panther, Ryan Coogler's groundbreaking superhero movie, has crossed the $700 million mark in North America, Disney and Marvel announced. This comes nearly six months after it first opened in theaters, according to The Hollywood Reporter. 

Full casting has been announced for Rain Man, the inaugural production of Bill Kenwright's Classic Screen to Stage Theatre Company. 2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center announced that Sarahbeth Grossman will be joining the theater as the full-time Artistic Producer. The producer is a key member of the artistic staff at Dallas Theater Center, overseeing the day-to-day producing of Dallas Theater Center's productions and working collaboratively within the organization and community to achieve both short?term and long?range artistic and institutional goals. An independent Tony Award-nominated producer, Grossman comes from New York City where she has over a dozen theater credits on Broadway, Off-Broadway, national tours, and in the West End.

The Lincoln Theatre Association and The Ohio State University Athletic Department celebrate the national release of Columbus native Wil Haygood's newest book, Tigerland, with a launch event on Wednesday, September 19, at the Lincoln Theatre. Tigerland is the inspiring true story of two teams from poor, black, and segregated East High School (Columbus), who, amid the racial turbulence of the 1968-69 school year, won both the baseball and basketball state championships.

Premium pay television network EPIX(R) announced that the second season of its critically-acclaimed original series from MGM Television, Get Shorty, will debut on Sunday, August 12 at 9 PM ET/PT. The dark comedy, based in part on the 1990's bestselling Elmore Leonard novel of the same name and created for television by Davey Holmes (Shameless, In Treatment), is currently in production in Los Angeles.
