Broadway and West End stars Tony Sheldon is currently starring in Priscilla Queen of the Desert in Australia. The actor stopped by to chat with Rev. Bill Crews for his radio show Sunday Night with Bill Crews. Sheldon talked about the show, its significance, and his own career thus far.

Strewth! Everyone's favourite flamin' galah, Ray Meagher, will reprise his role as outback mechanic "Bob" in the 10th anniversary celebration tour of homegrown musical Priscilla Queen of the Desert. The treasured Australian actor, who recently notched up 30 years as Home and Away's Alf Stewart, will swap Summer Bay for the Queensland stage, joining the cast of Priscilla for the musical's Brisbane run at Lyric Theatre, QPAC beginning 26th September. Ray takes over from veteran actor Robert Grubb who will down tools at the end of the Adelaide season after more than eight months on the road.

The 2016 Rob Guest Endowment Grand Final Concert will be held on Monday 14 November at the Sydney Lyric Theatre. Organisers of The Rob Guest Endowment have today launched the 2016 Rob Guest Endowment Awards. The Rob Guest Endowment is one of Australia's most exciting scholarship programs providing financial assistance and industry support to the next generation of musical theatre stars, creators and musicians. Applications for all awards are now open and the winners will be announced at the Rob Guest Endowment Concert to be held in Sydney in November 2016. The 2016 prize package is valued at over $50,000, including the $20,000 major prize, the Rob Guest Endowment Award.

There has been an increased interest for tickets to behemoth, long-running musical LES MISERABLES (LES MIS) since its major producer Cameron Mackintosh and Philippine partner Concertus Manila announced last September that the acclaimed Australian touring production of the the revamped 25th anniversary production of LES MIS, which must close this Sunday, January 17, at the Lyric Theatre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre in Brisbane will transfer to The Theatre at Solaire, Solaire Resort and Casino in Manila starting Friday, March 11. Due to the high demand for tickets, which can be purchased at TicketWorld.com.ph, Mr. Mackintosh and Concertus Manila have released a new set of tickets that will extend performances in Manila until Sunday, April 17, thus far.
