With today's release of Network television's daytime ratings, CBS'S THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS has marked its 1,300 consecutive week or 25 years as the No.1 daytime drama, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Dec. 2.

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, daytime's #1 drama, celebrates its upcoming 40th anniversary with special on-air videos featuring 13 cast members reflecting on their time with the iconic show. These poignant three-minute videos will air at the beginning of episodes airing Monday, March 11 - Friday, March 29, and will also be posted to Y&R's 40th Anniversary site at www.cbs.com/yr40th. Sixteen additional exclusive videos highlighting more cast members started posting in late February.
