Variety reports that Netflix's television adaptation “Green Eggs and Ham” will premiere in the last quarter of 2019.

The Soho Playhouse announced today that THE DAY I BECAME BLACK, created, written and performed by Bill Posley (CBS's "The Neighborhood," Netflix's "Glow") and directed by Bente Engelstoft ("The Ellen DeGeneres Show"), will move to the mainstage and open on April 25, extending its run through May 26. The audience-favorite and acclaimed Off-Broadway show began performances on March 8 in the theater's downstairs space.

Oscar®- and Emmy®-winning director Scorsese (The Irishman) and Grammy- and Tony Award®- winning musician Springsteen (Springsteen on Broadway) will appear together for an unforgettable opening night on Sunday, May 5. Closing the star-studded Emmy® FYSEE showcase on Sunday, June 9 will be a special conversation, hosted by multiple Emmy®-winner, Winfrey, with Emmy®-winner, Ava DuVernay, the cast of their new limited event series, When They See Us, and the real-life men the series is based on - debuting May 31 on Netflix.

Today SiriusXM and Netflix announced the launch of Netflix Is A Joke Radio, a full-time comedy channel to air exclusively on SiriusXM ch. 93. This is the first time the streaming company has worked in unison with another major subscription media company to create a new outlet for their content. The channel, which will feature highlights from top Netflix talent including Adam Sandler, Aziz Ansari, Bill Burr, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Ellen DeGeneres, Gabriel Iglesias, Jerry Seinfeld, John Mulaney, Ken Jeong, Ricky Gervais, Sarah Silverman, Sebastian Maniscalco, Trevor Noah, Wanda Sykes, and more, launches on April 15, 2019 on SiriusXM.

The National Comedy Center, the country's official cultural institution dedicated to comedy, announced today that it has added a second show for John Mulaney after his initial show - as well as Sebastian Maniscalco's first show - broke all festival records by selling out in the first day on sale to the public for the 2019 Lucille Ball Comedy Festival.
