This Spring, Eagle Rock Entertainment will present Ella Fitzgerald: Just One Of Those Things, directed by the award-winning Leslie Woodhead along with producer Reggie Nadelson. The film will be screened in select cinemas across the U.S, beginning April 3.

Fresh off of national television, Melinda Rose Rodriguez made her debut performance at one of the most acclaimed jazz clubs in the world, Birdland. The concert consisted of Melinda's original music with a few favorite standards. Melinda's music reminds listeners on timeless standards with a quirky twist. The show featured up and coming pianist/vocalist Alina Engibaryan, with Dan Montgomery on bass and Evan Hyde on drums. 

Ledisi, an artist whose music channels gospel, blues, funk and more, makes her debut with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra at Music Hall on Tuesday, February 18 (7:30 pm). Pops Conductor John Morris Russell will lead this soulful, one-night-only concert program that highlights Ledisi's widely acclaimed career and powerhouse vocals. The New Orleans native has released eight studio albums which have garnered twelve GRAMMY nominations.

Pianist and vocalist Jay Daniels is proud to announce his New York City debut performance a?oeAn Evening in New York with Jay Daniels Trioa?? on Friday, March 20 20 at the Triad Theater located at 158 West 72nd Street in New York. Good Theater continues its Second Stage series with the world premiere of Shannon Thurston's solo show MEN: THINGS THAT GO BUMP IN THE NIGHT. The production will run in repertory with the main stage production, PACK OF LIES. Acclaimed actress and singer Linda Purl will bring her show Linda Purl and Her Big Band Romance to Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood on Friday, February 7, and to Martinis Above Fourth in San Diego on Saturday, February 8, it was announced today by Chris Isaacson Presents, Catalina, and Martinis. Purl will be joined by special guest Donny Most (Happy Days).

The Auditorium Theatre's Visiting Resident Company Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater returns to Chicago March 4-8, 2020 with Midwest premieres, Chicago premieres, and new productions of classic works.

The new intimate concert venue will present acclaimed jazz vocalist Samantha Sidley in the New York launch engagement for her debut album Interior Person from Thursday, February 6 to Saturday, February 8. Fresh from touring with Foo Fighters and indie pop duo The Bird and the Bee, Sidley released Interior Person this past fall to rave critical reviews.

Natalie Douglas has extended her Broadway at Birdland residency with more “Tributes,” a monthly performance celebrating iconic singers.  This past Monday, she sang songs originally performed by the extraordinary Ella Fitzgerald, with Billy Stritch at the piano, Mark McLean on drums and Jonathan Michel on bass.
