22 years after its NYC debut starring Eli Wallach, Visiting Mr. Green, a play by American author Jeff Baron, will open 13th December for three performances at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Mumbai. This comedy-drama is having an unusual level of international success, with more than 500 productions in 24 languages. India will be the 50th country for Visiting Mr. Green.

Visiting Mr. Green addresses this topic in a straight forward way with characters that have the typical behaviors you'd assume they would have. Mr. Green, a grouchy New Yorker in his 80's, has just suffered the death of his wife. This event only intensifies his testy attitude.

Broadway Press Agent Bob Ullman Passes Away at 97

Robert ('Bob') Ullman (left), the legendary theatre press agent, whose career included Ethel Merman and Mary Martin: Together on Broadway, A Chorus Line (from workshop to Public Theater to Broadway), Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne in The Visit, Lauren Bacall in Cactus Flower, The Dining Room, Driving Miss Daisy, Sunday in the Park with George, and over 150 additional Broadway and off-Broadway plays and musicals, died on July 31, 2019 in Bayshore, Long Island, New York. He was 97. The cause of death was cardiac arrest. Bob's death was announced by Rev. Joshua Ellis, a long-time Ullman friend, a former Broadway press agent, and now, an Interspiritual minister.
