Beth (Gelula) is home on break from college when she gets a phone call informing her that she has an STI. Hilarity (as well as a refreshing amount of understanding) ensues. 'My hope with this film was to destigmatize STIs and show my skills as a director,' says Allison. 'If this does either I'll be thrilled!'

Becky Something (Elisabeth Moss) is a '90s punk rock superstar who once filled arenas with her grungy all-female trio Something She. Now she plays smaller venues while grappling with motherhood, exhausted bandmates, nervous record company executives, and a new generation of rising talent eager to usurp her stardom. When Becky's chaos and excesses derail a recording session and national tour, she finds herself shunned, isolated and alone. Elisabeth Moss stars as Becky Something, a maniacally destructive punk rock star and leader of the seminal all-female rock band Something She, who pushes her relationships with bandmates, family and followers to the limit as she wages a years long war against sobriety, while attempting to re-engage the creativity that had once led her band to massive crossover success. When a new, younger female band called The Akergirls, led by Delevingne's Cassie, bursts onto the scene, Becky becomes their mentor. With added responsibility and watching her former friend Zelda E. Zekial (Amber Heard) rise to celebrity megastardom while her career falters, Becky falls deeper into her downward spiral, losing all ties with those she cares about most, including her young daughter and estranged husband Danny (Dan Stevens). It is only when Becky hits rock bottom that she begins to find her path to true redemption.

Sundance Institute tonight announced the prizes in feature filmmaking at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival, with top awards going to Between Sea and Land, The Birth of a Nation, First Girl I Loved, Jim: The James Foley Story, Sand Storm, Sonita and Weiner.

Offering a first look at the year ahead in independent film, culture and new ideas, Sundance Institute announced today the 65 films selected for the U.S. Competition, World Competition and out-of-competition NEXT category set to premiere at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival, January 21-31 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. Films that have premiered in these sections include Beasts of the Southern Wild, Fruitvale Station,Whiplash, Blackfish, The September Issue, The Cove, An Education, Animal Kingdom, Precious, A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night, Obvious Child, Tangerine and Escape from Tomorrow.

The series also featured Missi Pyle, Jessica Walter, Ethan Suplee, Nora Kirkpatrick, and Dylan Gelula.

TV Land is launching a summer of star-studded programming beginning Wednesday, June 4th at 10:30pm ET/PT, with the all-new single-camera comedy 'Jennifer Falls,' starring Jaime Pressly, Jessica Walter, Ethan Suplee and Missi Pyle; 'Hot in Cleveland' starring Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick and Betty White, with an animated episode airing August 6th; and 'The Exes' featuring Donald Faison, Wayne Knight, David Alan Basche, Kelly Stables and Kristen Johnston, returning August 13th.

Dylan Gelula has been cast in a series regular role on JENNIFER FALLS playing Jaime Pressly's daughter, Gretchen.

Arden Theatre Company kicked off its 2011/12 main stage season with the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning August: Osage County by Tracy Letts. Directed by the Arden's Producing Artistic Director Terrence J. Nolen, this epic play will close on the Arden's intimate F. Otto Haas stage October 30, 2011.
