Creators Carly Brooke Feinman and Cassie Willson are thrilled to announce the casting for their original musical If Sand Were Stone, making its Off-Broadway debut this July as part of the 2018 New York Musical Festival's (NYMF) Next Link Project. Featuring original music by Ms. Willson and original book & lyrics by Ms. Feinman, If Sand Were Stone will play a 5-performance run at The Acorn Theatre at Theatre Row beginning July 18, 2018.

Casting has been announced for the Salt Lake City engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, playing the the Eccles Theater June 15-17. 2018. The Drama League (Gabriel Stelian-Shanks, Executive Artistic Director) today announced the 2018 Drama League Awards Nominees for Outstanding Production of a Play, Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Production of a Musical, Outstanding Revival of a Musical, and the much-coveted Distinguished Performance Award. The nominations were announced this morning by Tony® Award winners Harriet Harris, Julie White and Tony® Award nominee Christopher Sieber at the official announcement event at Sardi's Restaurant, which was streamed live online right here at BroadwayWorld.com.

This Sunday, May 13th, Damn The Light Productions presents a one night only tribute concert to The Who's Tommy at Duane Park. The evening will open with a "Decades" tribute highlighting some of radio's biggest hits from the 1960's through the 1990s. The 10:00pm set will star students from Marymount Manhattan College Theatre Arts Department "Pop/ Rock Performance Lab' created and taught by MaryAnne Piccolo and Mike Greko. The Who's rock opera has come a long way since its 1969 release as a concept album.

Now you won't have to stop dancing after the curtain comes down on SUMMER: The Donna Summer Musical. Beginning tonight Bond 45 in its new location next door to the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street), will host an after-party after every performance of SUMMER. The celebration will continue downstairs at Bond 45 with dancing to all of SUMMER's greatest hits and a themed menu of signature SUMMER cocktails including 'Hot Stuff,' 'Bad Girls,' and 'Last Dance.'.
